Day 274:

Finally found a friend that is worthy of my time. I gave them a puppy, as with the last friend. Received strange look and was asked for cash.
We do all kinds of fun things together! Walks in the park, build robots and make goo creatures out of corn starch. At least this one eats my muffins.
Only costs $20 an hour to keep them around. It's worth it to have a friend... finally.

Week 5, Day One:

I have come to the realization (after weeks of bird watching and following my potential friend on her holiday to the carribean) that maybe, just maybe, this person does not want to be my friend after all.

I have turned to the interwebs for a 'friend finding' site that my Mum suggested, and have found a few... some do not seem very suitable for the friendship stage, but i have stumbled across eharmony, which matches you with potentail friends by personality!
At first i was a bit afraid, but i have signed up to the process and am awaiting a confirmation emale to tell me if i can make a friend.

Day ??:

I have lost track of days it has been since first courting prospective friend and they only seem to contact me when they are having trouble with their computer.

Upon peering into Prospective friends window i see that they are having one of those "slumber parties" i heard about on the internet...

it looks like fun, i guess my invite got lost in the post.

*BARK* At least the puppy remembers who i am.. *runs away*

Day 5:

My attempts at friendship seem to be futile. the parade has been and gone so i must come up with a new plan... Baked Goods!

*ding dong*

Potential friend "oh its you,"

"hello friend!"

*im not your friend* ...

"i have made you some delicious muffins!" "wow really? choc chip? my fav!" *munch munch*

"they arent choc chip silly! these are chick pea muffins, good for you!"
"chick pea...? im aller...gic to leg...GASP...umes..." *THUD*

So after spending several hours in emerg, I think me and my new friend have had some bonding time.... which is always good for a healthy relationship.

I left the basket of muffins on her bedside table in case she is hungry later :)

Day Four

I left day three open for our relationship, as I did not want to seem desperate in my attempts at friendship,

so: "hey buddy, do you want to go to a parade with me on saturday?"

Potential Friend: "hey uh, alyshia right? I can't I'm uh kinda busy this week..."

"how about next w..."

I guess their phone cut out...

Day Two:

No sign of potential friend... from my bird watch i have seen them let puppy out for toilet time.

I will take them to a parade. Everyone loves a Parade... Everyone loves a parade now, dont they?
